Using the marketplace
Availability, price, grade, battery health, included items, and warranty information are shown for each listed unit. Review those details before placing an order.
Orders and payments
An order is complete only after the checkout flow confirms it. A failed or cancelled payment does not reserve a device. Keep your contact and delivery information accurate.
Selling a device
A quote based on self-reported details is preliminary. Ownership, model, identifiers, function, cosmetic condition, battery information, and included accessories may be checked before a final offer is confirmed.
Account responsibility
Use accurate information, protect account access, and remove personal data from a device before handoff. Do not submit a device you do not own or have authority to sell.
